It’s crazy. When I first started I thought I was slick… I thought I could eat pretty much anything I wanted, but for a week I used up all of my points and then I either had to workout like crazy or starve myself to death.
LMAO. So, eventually I ended up eating right to avoid the following chaos, and Weight Watchers was the diet that helped me keep my weight off longer then I’ve ever had in my life.
Tips for getting through it: Schedule everything out beforehand, this way you don’t get tempted to pick up something unhealthy.
Also, fat free popcorn and fruits are your best friends on this diet.

P90X or Insanity
These programs are awesome, because it’s pretty much like you have an in house trainer. Also, for each there is a diet included in them.
If you are trying to get ripped and lean, P90X will do it for you. However, it does take a lot of dedication and if you don’t like strength training and long yoga sessions, then this isn’t for you.
Insanity is pretty much the name, it’s insane. However, if you are the type of person, who is always up for a challenge and loves cardio, then it’s definitely for you. Plus, the instructor on the DVD set, Shaun T, will have you cracking up and falling in love with his sexy body.
Tips for getting through it: Follow the schedule that is given with each set and use the online forum for support and questions.
