Memphitz Has Had Enough!
Unless you have been living under a rock, but if you have not been watching Love and Hip Hop Atlanta you will be lost reading this post. This past season, singer K. Michelle has been talking about a man who worked in the music industry who took her money and beat her up when she was signed to Jive Records. Well, it was later revealed that the man K. Michelle was talking about was Memphitz. Memphitz was a one time employee of Jive Records and once dated K. Michelle. Well, Memphitz has been trying his best to clear his name of being an abuser. So what way can you clear your name…sue! Yes, Memphitz has become so tired of Vh-1 allowing K. Michelle to destroy him. It was revealed today that Memhitz is suing Vh-1 and Love and Hip Hop Atlanta for defamation. Here is a statement Memphitz made to why he filed the lawsuit:
“My family and I have suffered tremendously while VH-1, Monami Ent., and the other companies provided a worldwide platform for K. Michelle to repeatedly assassinate my character. The filing of this suit is to compensate for the irreparable damage that has been done to my reputation and to deter these companies from doing such future harm to others.”
Can you blame the man. His name has been ran through the mud. But what I can’t speak on is if it is true. Nobody was in the room but Memhitz and K. Michelle. But is Memphitz trying to hide that he did abuse K. Michelle? We will have to see
